I work closely with founders and leadership teams to fix that gap — by simplifying decisions, strengthening distribution, and aligning teams around clear priorities.

Who Am I?

I’m Shantanu Singh. For 27 years, I’ve built businesses in the trenches. Started as a maintenance engineer at BPL. Worked my way through sales roles at Nokia, Samsung, Huawei. Led business transformations at OPPO, Boult, Vida. I’ve navigated Indian corporate culture, Korean precision, Chinese speed, and European structure. Launched products that succeeded. And products that failed.

Built 200+ distributor networks across India. Turned around businesses that were bleeding cash. Coached founders through their first major scale-up. Now? I do this full-time. No corporate politics. No quarterly board pressures.
Just focused on helping startups and MSMEs get execution right.

I’m an engineer by training (BIT Ranchi), MBA from Amity, and currently pursuing Executive Presence Certification from ISB Hyderabad.

But honestly? My real education came from the field. From distributors who lied. Retailers who demanded the impossible. Teams that surprised me. And occasionally, from getting things spectacularly wrong.

Outside of work, I'm figuring out how to be a better husband, father, and human. Still a work in progress on all three.

Do you work remotely or need to be on-site?
Hybrid. Initial discovery and key workshops are in-person. Ongoing execution is
mix of virtual check-ins and monthly on-site visits. We customize based on your needs.
What size companies do you work with?
Startups post-PMF (Product-Market Fit) doing ₹5Cr-100Cr revenue, and MSMEs
looking to scale to the next level. If you're earlier stage, my coaching service might be better fit.
How long does an engagement typically last?
Transformation Engine: 6-12 months. Network Amplifier: 4-8 months.
Executive Forge: 3-6 months. But we can adjust based on results and needs.
What if we're not a good fit?
I'll tell you in the discovery call. I don't take on projects where I can't add 10x value.
